Error loading C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\iedkcs32.dll (LÖST)

At thursday (2010-09-23) i installed 10 new features on windows update some of them were something with .NET. And then i had to restart the computer. Then when it starts and in when im in windows i got these messages;
"The procedure entry point RunSetupCommandW could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVPACK.dll"
"The ordinal 672 could not be located in the dynamic link library iertutil.dll"
"error loading C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\iedkcs32.dll The operating system cannot run %1"
Then i cannot open internet explorer, then i get this message

When i open spotify the same message shows and Starcraft 2. But steam works fine without any messages and so does Heroes of Newerth and Mozilla Firefox.
I tried to "upgrade the computer" with my XP disc to get back the missing windows file but nothing happened. Since windows update is runned by internet explorer i can't do that either.
Suggestions what I should do? Cba reformate the computer since i just did that to solve another problem.

.NET. Framework can be uninstalled if not needed. Try re-instal Internet Explorer!.
